Robert “Vince” Hawley

DVM, MPH, DACLAM

Dr. Hawley was raised on a Dairy farm in Arkansas, the family sold out and started raising horses, mules, and Donkeys. The farm today is known as “Hawleywoods mule farm”. Dr. Hawley enlisted in the Army after high school and served 8 years before ending his time in service and then moving back to help on the family farm. While working on the farm he attended college and was accepted to Oklahoma State College of Veterinary Medicine where he earned his degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). The Army recruited him to serve and he was commissioned as a Captain. While in the Army Dr. Hawley earned his Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) from the Uniformed Service University. He then studied to become a board-certified Diplomate in Laboratory Animal Medicine (DACLAM). He served many years studying infectious disease and working with exotic animals. Dr. Hawley earned the rank of Major before retiring May 2016. Dr. Hawley has two wonderful daughters Camden 13yr, and Claire 11yr. You may see Claire around the clinic as she is very serious about becoming a Veterinarian. As for Camden, you may see her art one day in a museum. He has two naughty cats (Vergo and Penelope) a pond full of Koy and a lizard named Pineapple.

Stacey Kelly

Hospital/Business Manager

Stacey has been working the veterinary field since 2002. She has 2 children and 4 dogs (2 German Shepherds, English Mastiff and Pekingese). She has been a part of the Prospect family since it was purchased in Jan 2017. You will find her working in all areas of the clinic. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing BINGO.

Holly Phillips

Office Manager

Holly has been working in the veterinary field since 2006. As an animal lover through and through, her home is filled with dogs, cats, chickens, fish and even a snake! Holly has been working at PVC since 2012. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two kids, and playing her guitar, violin and piano. Fun Fact: She’s the clinic princess

Cordelia Garett

Technician

Cordelia lives in Barnesville, MD with her fiance, 2 dogs, cat, pygmy goat, lamb, chickens, 2 potbelly pigs, corn snake and an aquatic frog. She loves any and all animals! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and off-roading in her Jeep.

Iggy Hernandez

Technician

Iggy has been working in the veterinary field since 2012, He has 2 cats Hulk and Oliver. He has been at PVC since July of 2022. He is currently attending school to be a Radiology Technician. Fun Fact: LADIES HES SINGLE

Amy Morrisson

Technician

Amy has been working in the veterinary field since 2003. She breeds and trains working German Shepherd Dogs, and currently owns 6 of them. In her spare time she trains and competes in Schutzhund (obedience, tracking and protection). Amy has been a part of the PVC team since August 2022.

Karleigh Pack

Technician

Karleigh has been working in the veterinary field since 2016. She is a huge animal lover! She has been at PVC since 2017. She is currently in college working to get her RN license to become a nurse. Fun Fact: Holly’s my mom!

Kay Flanary

Technician

Kay has been working in the veterinary field since 2021. She is currently in college for her associate’s degree in animal science and plans on getting her certification to be a licensed veterinary technician. She has two dogs, “Blu”, a beagle mix and “Moose” a Great Dane/ German shepherd mix.

Daniel Bryan, AKA “Dan”

Clinic Warden

Dan was homeless and raised in the streets in Frederick. In July 2019 he stumbled upon Prospect Vet Clinic where he was fed and raised him to be the warden he is today. His duties include greeting clients, hiding in exam rooms for surprise visits, giving love bites, putting the HR department in their place, and silently judging everyone. This warden is on duty 24/7, don’t double cross him.

This dynamic duo takes their job very seriously. If you have a complaint, they’re all ears! Except at lunch time…. Their strengths include sleeping, eating, being naughty and loving each other. They’re great at keeping the employees happy and entertained at all times!
